This Addendum is issued by Fayetteville Metropolitan Housing Authority (FMHA), in coordination with the City of Fayetteville, in response to inquiries received from prospective respondents regarding the above-referenced RFQ. The materials listed below are provided solely for informational purposes. These materials are preliminary, subject to change, and are not intended to modify, interpret, or supplement the RFQ requirements. Respondents shall rely exclusively on the RFQ documents, as issued, in preparing their submissions. In accordance with procurement requirements and applicable HUD regulations, including the Choice Neighborhoods Program, FMHA and the City make no representations or warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of the attached materials. No contractual obligation, commitment of funding, or assurance of project approval is expressed or implied by the inclusion of these materials. FMHA and the City reserve the right to revise, withdraw, or supplement information through formal addenda issued in accordance with applicable procurement and HUD requirements.
