Maintenance

Call us during business hours or when you have an emergency after business hours and weekends: 910-483-9670

During normal business hours, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., the calls are received and dispatched to a Maintenance Staff person.

EMERGENCY

  • Fire, Call 911
  • Broken gas line or gas leak
  • Loss of power
  • Broken water lines
  • Exposed electrical lines
  • No heat (During winter season)
  • Broken door locks or broken windows
  • Major plumbing backups and/or conditions that might cause harm to the tenant and/or damage to property (includes overflowing toilet and other exposure to raw sewage)
