Smoke Detectors and Carbon Monoxide Detectors

If your detector is "chirping/ beeping" this sound indicates that it is time to change the batteries or you may need a brand-new detector.

If "chirping/beeping" do not remove from ceiling or walls! Please call the maintenance office right away! If a detector is dethatched from ceiling or walls, you will be (Charged) (Or receive a lease termination).  

Every home is required to have a working smoke detector and others with (gas) is required to have carbon monoxide detector.
